Prof. Oguz had difficulty in summarizing the more than 420 pages report in a 5 minute presentation!
Mr. Iliev found out at the last moment that the right codecs for the video in the presentation were not installed on the presentation computer and the video had to be played manually. The video shows the flows of surface currents in the Black Sea illustrating the point that the common efforts of all countries are necessary for the protection and preservation of the environment, and was a key visual in delivering the message!
