Dr. Violeta Velikova, Pollution Monitoring and Assessment Officer at the Permanent Secretariat of the Commission on the Protection of the Black Sea Against Pollution shall present the Report on the Implementation of the Strategic Action Plan for the Rehabilitation and Protection of the Black Sea 2002- 2007

The Depository shall present information on the procedure of Convention amendment, LBSA (Protocol on Pollution Control from Land-Based Sources and Activities), Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the Commission on the Protection of the Black Sea Against Pollution.

The Executive Secretary of the International Commission for the Protection of the Danube River (ICPDR), Mr. Philip Weller, shall present the cooperation and collaboration between the ICPDR and the Commission on the Protection of the Black Sea Against Pollution and outline the future cooperation strategies for the next 5 - 10 years between the two Commissions.
